Identified the product opportunity while volunteering with Berkeley Parents Network, a community of roughly 60,000 parents. Designed and shipped a native iOS experience across four Bay Area cities with 500+ curated activities and weekly updates, with child-data minimization set as a core design constraint.
Bookee — Voice AI Booking Agent

Designed a voice-first AI booking agent with intent-driven system behavior. Defined conversation flows, AI/human boundaries, escalation logic, calendar booking, and interface delivery. Increased qualified lead rate from 33% to 100%, reduced intake from 18 to 5 hours, and cut infrastructure cost 60%.
Alacrity Insurance — Design System

Audited an existing WIP system, then built a token-based cross-platform system covering foundations, components, states, icons, light/dark modes, and desktop/mobile breakpoints. Reconciled product screens for developer handoff and cut design-to-development time about 40%.
MINA — Agentic Research Assistant

Built an agentic research assistant that synthesizes funding, team-growth, and product-launch signals into a momentum-ranked startup dashboard. Reworked the product architecture mid-build when the original API assumption failed. Won 1st Place among 400+ developers.

Developed a shared design language across four connected devices, defining form factors, design attributes, and status-light behavior. Delivered a comprehensive style guide and factory-ready specifications after a 10-month research and design program.

2017 – 2025Led end-to-end product design, design systems, research, and UX strategy for enterprise, AI, healthcare, commerce, and event clients.
- Mr. Green Bubble: Unified multi-location ordering and menu architecture; reduced ordering errors about 85%, drove about 16% revenue growth in one month, and created a structure that scaled from 4 to 7+ locations.
- B2B event platform: Led product design for events of up to about 600 attendees; associated with about 300% revenue growth for the event business.
- Reflexion: Built the brand identity and design-system foundation for a medical startup, applying accessibility and clarity for cancer-patient audiences.
